Yat Sing Holdings Limited (03708) said the company intends to carry out new business activities to provide various industries with supply chain services and supply chain financial services.
By consolidating regional advantageous resources, the company will provide enterprises in corresponding industries with a series of comprehensive financial services, such as warehouse receipt pledge, equity pledge, commodities pledge, prepayments, order refinancing and bill discounting. The company has established a new subsidiary for carrying out the new businesses.
Currently, the group's principal businesses consist of building maintenance and renovation services.
