Far East Hotels and Entertainment Limited (00037) said the group is expected to record a substantial increase in net loss for the six months ended 30 September 2019 as compared to that of the corresponding period in 2018.
This was mainly attributable to a decrease of approximately HK$6.72 million in fair value of investment properties as compared to an increase of approximately HK$3.62 million for the corresponding period in 2018.
