China Railway Construction Corporation Limited (01186) said a consortium comprising the subsidiaries of the company, including China Railway Construction Investment Group Co., Ltd., won the bid for the bidding project for investment partner and general contractor for survey, design and construction for comprehensive development of regional industrial parks in the northern part of Zhaoqing High-tech Zone (north of Chuangxin Avenue).
The total project investment will be approximately RMB12.6 billion. The cooperation period of the project will be 7 years, of which the construction period will be 6 years. The project capital accounts for 30% of the total project investment, and the registered capital of the project company amounts to RMB100 million. The contributions from the government party and social capital party are at a proportion of 20%:80%. The funds other than the project capital will be raised by the project company, as the financing entity, through bank loans.
