ANTA Sports Products Limited (02020) said Anta SPV has entered into the Anllian SPV Share Purchase Agreements and the JVCo Share Purchase Agreement. The total consideration was EUR140 million.
Upon the completion of the agreements, the group indirectly disposes 5.0012% economic interest and directly disposes 0.2505% equity interest respectively in JVCo, thus a corresponding 5.0012% and 0.2505% indirect interest in Amer Sports.
