Yida China Holdings Limited (03639) said its contracted sales decreased 66.5% year-on-year (YoY) to RMB294 million in October and the group's attributable contracted sales were RMB263 million, down 68.9% YoY.
During the same period, the group's gross floor area (GFA) sold was 28,136 sqm (down 64.2%) and the group's attributable GFA sold was 23,453 sqm (down 68.6%). The group's average selling price (the ASP) was RMB10,448 per sqm and the group's attributable ASP was RMB11,218 per sqm.
For the ten months ended 31 October 2019, the group's contracted sales amounted to RMB6,009 million and the group's attributable contracted sales were RMB5,703 million.
During the same period, the group's GFA sold was 624,048 sqm and the group's attributable GFA sold was 580,255 sqm. The group's ASP was RMB9,628 per sqm and the group's attributable ASP was RMB9,828 per sqm.
