China Overseas Property Holdings Limited (02669) said a branch established by a subsidiary of the company has agreed to acquire a property at a consideration of RMB4.80 million.
The property is a commercial property developed by the vendor, is located at Room 313, Block 3, Zhonghai Ninth World, Renhe Area, Southern New District, High-tech Zone of Chengdu, the PRC. Its actual surveyed gross floor area is 290.87m2 and the term of its land use right runs from 7 June 2012 to 7 June 2052.
