Chinese Estates (00127) to buy 49% of Tsuen Wan land

[ET Net News Agency, 13 January 2020] Chinese Estates Holdings Limited (00127) said its
subsidiary Current Sino Limited has agreed to buy 49% of the entire issued share capital
of the target company and a sale loan at a maximum amount of HK$360 million.
The principal asset of the target company is Tsuen Wan Town Lot No.128 situated at
No.14-18 Ma Kok Street, Tsuen Wan, New Territories, Hong Kong and the building erected
thereon. (RC)
