HEC Pharm (01558) to buy pharmaceutical products company

[ET Net News Agency, 13 September 2019] YiChang HEC ChangJiang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
(01558) said it has agreed to buy the entire equity interests in HEC Biological Pharmacy
Co. from Shenzhen HEC Industrial at a consideration of RMB78.16 million.
HEC Biological Pharmacy Co. is a company mainly engaged in the research and development
of pharmaceutical products and medical devices as well as biotechnology. The company is of
the view that the acquisition will be beneficial to the further enhancement of production
capacity by the company and lay a solid foundation for the continuous launch and sales of
the company's pipeline products in the future. (RC)
