[ET Net News Agency, 11 September 2019] Hao Tian Development Group Limited (HTD)(00474)
and Hao Tian International Construction Investment Group Limited (HTICI)(01341) said in a
joint statement that HTICI has agreed to buy the entire issued share capital of Hao Tian
Credit from HTD for HK$213 million, which shall be satisfied in full by the issue of the
convertible notes.
Hao Tian Credit is a licensed money lender under the Money Lenders Ordinance and is
principally engaged in money lending business in Hong Kong. According to the unaudited
financial statements, the net asset value of Hao Tian Credit as of 31 July 2019 is HK$216
million. The net profit of Hao Tian Credit for the year ended 31 March 2019 is HK$7.89
