GD Land (00124) to sell property units at RMB48.74m

[ET Net News Agency, 3 September 2019] Guangdong Land Holdings Limited (00124) said its
subsidiary Guangdong Yuehai Property Development Co., Ltd. has agreed to sell seven
property units under the Laurel House Project located in Yuexiu District, Guangzhou City,
the PRC to Guangzhou Jindongyuan Real Estate Development Co., Ltd.
The total consideration for the property units is RMB48.74 million. The Laurel House
Project has a total site area of 12,168 sq. m. and a gross floor area of 119,267 sq. m. It
comprises residential units, commercial properties and carparking spaces. (RC)
