Coastal Greenland (01124) to place shares for HK$110.4m

[ET Net News Agency, 2 August 2019] Coastal Greenland Limited (01124) said the company
has conditionally agreed to place up to 800 million new shares to not less than six
independent placees at the placing price of HK$0.138 per placing share.
The maximum number of placing shares represents 16.17% of the company's issued share
capital as enlarged by the allotment and issue. The pacing price represents a discount of
8.61% to the closing price of HK$0.151 per share on 1 August 2019.
The gross proceeds from the placing will be approximately HK$110.4 million. The company
intends to use the entire net proceeds of approximately HK$107.2 million as general
working capital of the group. (RC)
