[ET Net News Agency, 31 July 2019] Landsea Green Group Co., Ltd. (00106) said its
subsidiary Chengdu Langsong Corporate Management and Consultation Limited won the bid for
the land parcel in Erxianqiao West Road, Chenghua District, Chengdu with a price of
approximately RMB1.18 billion.
The plot ratio of the project, which is a residential land, is 3.0, and the total
construction area is approximately 120,000 square metres with the ground plot ratio-based
floor area of 85,000 square metres.
The project is located at Erxianqiao area of Chenghua District, which is a major core
section of the city. It is adjacent to the planned innovative business district with great
