Qianhai Health (00911) to buy Tsuen Wan properties

[ET Net News Agency, 18 June 2019] Qianhai Health Holdings Limited (00911) said its two
subsidiaries have agreed to buy two properties at the consideration of HK$27.8 million.
The two properties are Unit A and Unit B on 22nd Floor, Southeast Industrial Building,
No. 611-619 Castle Peak Road, Tsuen Wan, the New Territories, Hong Kong. The total gross
area is 3,807 square feet and 4,591 square feet respectively.
The group intends to use the properties as warehouses to cope with the business
development and expansion of the group. (RC)
