Wai Yuen Tong (00897) buys US$4 million senior notes

[ET Net News Agency, 4 June 2019] Wai Yuen Tong Medicine Holdings Limited (00897) said
its subsidiary Suntech Investments has placed an order to acquire notes in the secondary
market in the principal amount of US$4 million for a total consideration of US$4.08
million.
The notes are US$4 million 7.875% senior notes due 15 February 2022 issued by Sunac
China Holdings Limited (01918). They are rated "B+" by Standard & Poor's and "B1" by
Moody's Investors Service. (RC)
