[ET Net News Agency, 12 June 2020] Nomura lifted its target price for ENN Energy
Holdings (02688) to HK$116 from HK$99 and maintained its "buy" rating.
The research house lifted its 2020/21 earnings forecasts by 6%/6% as it expects ENN to
lower its overall gas cost and record higher gas dollar margin with cheaper LNG (liquefied
natural gas) imports.
Nomura deemed ENN its top pick in the sector, not only because it has its own LNG
terminal to import cheaper LNG but also because most of its citygas projects are located
in prime areas, which suggests stronger and sustainable gas demand in the longer term.
