Lifestyle Service (01995) with a "buy" rating and a target price of HK$6.02.
The research house said the company is controlled by the same major shareholder of CIFI
(00884). It has established good strategic partnerships with many companies, including
property developers, to secure priority to obtain future property management projects.
In 1H 2019, the company's contracted building area was 86.23m sqm, and the managed area
was 49.02m sqm. or CAGR of 48.7% and 61.5% respectively for 2015-1H 2019. UOBKH believes
Ever Sunshine, which recorded rapid growth in the acquisition of managed areas from
third-party property developers, has promising prospects for market-driven scale
