Evergrande (03333) year contracted sales up 20.3%

[ET Net News Agency, 5 January 2021] China Evergrande Group (03333) said in 2020, the
group achieved contracted sales of properties of RMB723.25 billion, representing an
increase of 20.3% from the same period last year and achieving the full year sale target
by 111%; the contracted sales area for the year was 80.856 million square metres,
representing an increase of 38.3% from the same period last year.
In December 2020, the group achieved contracted sales of properties of RMB44.59 billion.
The contracted sales area for the month was 5.102 million square metres with cash
collection of RMB66.85 billion.
The group's contracted sales target for 2021 has been set at RMB750 billion and target
of reducing interest-bearing indebtedness by a further RMB150 billion. (RC)
