China Shengmu (01432) to sell dairy company to Mengniu

[ET Net News Agency, 23 January 2020] China Shengmu Organic Milk Limited (01432) said
its subsidiary Shengmu High-tech has agreed to sell 49% equity interests in Inner Mongolia
Shengmu High-tech Dairy Co., Ltd. (the target company) to Inner Mongolia Mengniu at a
consideration of RMB8 million. Upon completion, Inner Mongolia Mengniu will hold 100%
interests in the target company.
The target company is principally engaged in the manufacturing, processing and sale of
dairy products before the spin-off. (RC)
