Road King (01098) 2019 property sales up 24%

[ET Net News Agency, 16 January 2020] Road King Infrastructure Limited (01098) said the
sales of the group for the year ended 31 December 2019 was about RMB45,927 million
comprising property sales of RMB42,765 million and toll revenue of expressway projects of
RMB3,162 million.
The property sales for the year ended 31 December 2019 comprised contracted sales of
RMB38,691 million and outstanding subscribed sales of RMB4,074 million, representing an
increase of about 24% as compared with a total amount of RMB34,503 million last year. The
average daily traffic volume of the expressway projects was 260,000 vehicles. (RC)
