Redsun PPT (01996) to issue US$300 million senior notes

[ET Net News Agency, 14 January 2020] Redsun Properties Group Limited (01996) said the
company will issue senior notes in the aggregate principal amount of US$300 million, which
will mature on 16 April 2023.
The offering price of the senior notes will be 98.534% of the principal amount of the
senior notes. The senior notes will bear interest from and including 16 January 2020 at a
rate of 9.70% per annum, payable semi-annually (except for the last interest payment) in
arrears on 16 January and 16 July from 2020 to 2022, 16 January and 16 April in 2023,
commencing 16 July 2020.
The company intends to use the net proceeds for refinancing its existing indebtedness
and general corporate purposes. (RC)
