[ET Net News Agency, 14 January 2020] Nomura raised its target price for Eversunshine
Lifestyle Services (01995) to HK$7.65 from HK$6.5 and maintained its "buy" rating.
The research house expects the rally in Eversunshine's share price to continue despite
its outperformance (+38%) in the past one month. Eversunshine remains Nomura's sector top
pick for its EPS growth (+54% CAGR in FY2020-21 versus peers 28%), supported by high
quality growth drivers (capital-light third-party contract acquisitions and rising VAS2C
[value-added services to property owners] penetration).
Nomura noted share price catalysts include positive profit alert (in early February 2020
and the potential inclusion of SH/SZ-HK into Stocks Connect. (KL)
