Sino-Ocean Group (03377) to issue US$400m senior notes

[ET Net News Agency, 9 January 2020] Sino-Ocean Group Holding Limited (03377) said its
subsidiary Sino-Ocean Land Treasure IV Limited will issue senior notes in the principal
amount of US$400 million, which will mature on 14 January 2030.
The offering price of the notes will be 98.352% of the principal amount of the notes.
The notes will bear interest at the rate of 4.75% per annum, payable semi-annually in
arrear on 14 July and 14 January of each year.
The group intends to use the net proceeds to primarily repay the existing indebtedness
of the group in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. (RC)
