said for December 2019, the property contracted sales of the China Overseas Grand Oceans
Series of Companies amounted to HK$6.42 billion, a year-on-year increase of 227.85%. The
contracted GFA reached 526,900 square metres.
From January to December 2019, the total property contracted sales amounted to HK$63.22
billion, a year-on-year increase of 25.08%. The total contracted GFA reached 5.04 million
square metres.
As at the end of December 2019, the property subscription sales amounted to HK$1.66
billion and the subscription GFA reached 116,200 square metres.
In December 2019, the group acquired three new projects in Lanzhou, Gansu Province,
Jiujiang, Jiangxi Province and Yancheng, Jiangsu Province with an attributable GFA of
526,554.00 square metres and the total attributable land cost was RMB2.79 billion. (RC)
