Wealthy Way (03848) to issue HK$20 million bonds

[ET Net News Agency, 8 January 2020] Wealthy Way Group Limited (03848) said it proposes
an issuance of HK$20 million 8% bonds due 2022. The bonds will be issued in registered
form in the specified denomination of HK$1 million each and integral multiples of HK$1
million in excess thereof.
The proceeds from the proposed issue of the bonds are intended to finance the expansion
of the existing business of the group and for general working capital. (RC)
