[ET Net News Agency, 30 December 2019] Zhong Hua International Holdings Limited (01064)
said it has agreed to issue 120 million subscription shares at the subscription price of
HK$0.15 per share to China Everbright International Investment Holdings Co., Ltd.
The subscription shares represent approximately 16.5% of the issued share capital of the
company as enlarged. The subscription price represents a premium of approximately 8.7% to
the closing price of HK$0.138 per share on 24 December 2019.
The net proceeds of the subscription will be approximately HK$17.8 million and are
intended to be applied as HK$13 million towards to the re-development costs of the
development project in Guangzhou, the PRC and the balance of HK$4.8 million as general
working capital of the group. (RC)
