[ET Net News Agency, 30 December 2019] Goldman Sachs updated its 2019-21 EPS forecasts
for Henderson Land (00012) by up to -2%, factoring in updates in investment properties
assumptions and updated development schedules.
The research house does not view these changes as material, and there is no change to
its investment thesis, price target of HK$50.5, or "buy" rating.
Goldman noted risks include a weaker-than-expected macro environment that could lead to
difficulty in en bloc sales; weaker-than-expected domestic residential demand leads to
difficulty in residential sales; NAV destructive M&A; and weaker-than-expected Central CBD
