Deson Dev (00262) to sell remaining interests of company

[ET Net News Agency, 17 December 2019] Deson Development International Holdings Limited
(00262) said its subsidiary Deson Ventures Limited has agreed to sell 5% of the issued
share capital of Fortune Taker Limited (the target company) at an aggregate consideration
of RMB15 million. Upon completion, the target company will be owned as to 100% by Fortune
Taker (BVI) Limited (the purchaser).
The target company is the legal and beneficial owner of the PRC subsidiary. The PRC
subsidiary is principally engaged in the business of property development, leasing and
management of residential and commercial properties. (RC)
