IB Settlement (00147) sees interim net turn to red

[ET Net News Agency, 21 November 2019] International Business Settlement Holdings
Limited (00147) said the group is expected to record a net loss for the six months period
ended 30 September 2019 as compared to a net profit for the corresponding period in 2018.
It was mainly attributable to (a) the significant decrease in revenue from the property
development segment as there was no new building being delivered to the market during the
reporting period; (b) a substantial impairment loss made for the factoring receivables
after credit evaluation. (RC)
