Metropolis Capital (08621) to place shares for HK$25.92m

[ET Net News Agency, 12 November 2019] Metropolis Capital Holdings Limited (08621) said
the company has conditionally agreed to place up to 160 million placing shares to not less
than six independent placees at the placing price of HK$0.162 per placing share.
The placing shares represent approximately 16.67% of the issued share capital of the
company as enlarged by the allotment and issue of the placing shares. The placing price
represents a discount of approximately 19.8% to the closing price of HK$0.202 per share on
the last trading day.
The gross proceeds from the placing will be approximately HK$25.92 million and the net
proceeds from the placing will be approximately HK$25.44 million. The company intends to
use entire proceeds from the placing for expanding the capital base for its vehicle
finance leasing operations. (RC)
