[ET Net News Agency, 12 November 2019] Kaisa Group Holdings Ltd. (01638) said the group
together with its joint ventures and associates recorded contracted sales of RMB7,973
million in October 2019, representing a year-on-year increase of 2.2%. Contracted gross
floor area (the GFA) in October 2019 amounted to 452,955 sq.m., representing a
year-on-year decrease of 17.0%. The average selling price (the ASP) for October 2019 was
RMB17,602 per sq.m., representing a year-on-year increase of 23.1%.
The total contracted sales of the group for the ten months ended 31 October 2019
amounted to RMB63,104 million with the total contracted GFA of 3,473,840 sq.m.,
representing increases of 28.5% and 19.5% as compared with corresponding period in 2018,
respectively. The ASP for the ten months ended 31 October 2019 amounted to RMB18,165 per
sq.m., representing an increase of 7.6% as compared with the corresponding period in 2018.
