Easyknit Int'l (01218) expects to record interim loss

[ET Net News Agency, 1 November 2019] Easyknit International Holdings Limited (01218)
said the group is expecting to report a net loss of approximately more than HK$140 million
for the six months period ended 30 September 2019.
The expected loss is primarily due to (i) the loss on deemed disposal of equity
interests in an associate; (ii) the decrease in revenue generated from the sales of
properties; (iii) the decrease in gain on changes in fair value of investment properties;
and (iv) the increase in impairment loss of financial assets. (RC)
