CSI Properties (00497) sees increase in interim net

[ET Net News Agency, 30 October 2019] CSI Properties Limited (00497) said for the
interim period ending 30 September 2019, the group is expected to record a significant
increase in its unaudited condensed consolidated net profit as compared to that of the
corresponding period ending 30 September 2018.
The estimated significant improvement in the financial results is mainly attributable to
an increase in revenue from sales of properties and an increase in contribution from joint
ventures. (RC)
