Royal Catering (08300) to buy food business at HK$5.75m

[ET Net News Agency, 3 October 2019] Royal Catering Group Holdings Company Limited
(08300) said the group has agreed to acquire 40% of the issued share capital of Bright Up,
30% of the issued share capital of DHY, 40% of the issued share capital of Forever Drinks
and 40% of the issued share capital of Sky Grand at the aggregate consideration of HK$5.75
million.
The group's principal line of business is the provision of casual dining food catering
services in Hong Kong. The company is of the view that the transactions will fit into the
group's business activities. (RC)
