Glory Sun (01282) to buy property projects at RMB300m

[ET Net News Agency, 20 September 2019] Glory Sun Financial Group Limited (01282) and
Glory Sun Land Group Limited (00299) said their subsidiary Shenzhen Baoxin Industrial
Group Limited has agreed to buy the entire equity interest of Shenzhen Baoneng Hengchuang
Industrial Limited (the target), free from all encumbrances, for a total consideration of
RMB300 million.
The target is principally engaged in property development and hold interests in two
existing property development projects in Nanning City of Guangxi Province, namely Nanning
Wuxiang New District Global Financial Centre and Nanning Wuxianghu No. 1. (RC)
