Fusen Pharma (01652) to buy 51% of medicine company

[ET Net News Agency, 15 July 2019] Fusen Pharmaceutical Company Limited (01652) said
its subsidiary Cloud Dollar Investments Limited has agreed to buy 51% of the equity
interests in Jiangxi Yongfeng Kangde Pharmaceutical Company Limited (the target company)
from Hezeshi Mudanqu Huahan Network Information Technology Centre at a consideration of
RMB60 million.
The target company is principally engaged in the importing and exporting of Chinese
medicinal materials, Chinese medicine decoction pieces, Chinese patent medicines, chemical
raw medicines, medicinal excipients, antibiotic raw medicines, biochemical drugs and
relevant techniques. It currently imports and sells a medicine named Kefadim (chemical
name: Ceftazidime for injection) to the PRC market. (RC)
