1957 & Co. (08495) to place 64m shares for HK$14.1m

[ET Net News Agency, 16 May 2019] 1957 & Co. (Hospitality) Limited (08495) said the
placing agents have agreed to place to not less than six placees up to 64 million placing
shares at the placing price of HK$0.235 per placing share.
The placing price represents a discount of 16.07% to the closing price of HK$0.280 per
share on the date of the placing agreement. A maximum of 64 million placing shares
represents 16.67% of the issued share capital of the company as enlarged by the allotment
and issue of the placing shares.
The net proceeds of HK$14.1 million will be used for new restaurant openings,
development and expansion of the group's current business and general working capital.
