[ET Net News Agency, 10 January 2020] J.P. Morgan raised its target price for Champion
REIT (02778) to HK$5.2 from HK$5.1 and maintained its "neutral" rating.
The research house believes the upcoming vacancy at Cheung Kong Center could put
pressure on Three Garden Road's rental reversion as they have considerable space up for
rental review and expiry. Langham Place mall is likely susceptible to rental decline on
the back of a subdued retail market given the high proportion of turnover rents.
Although JPM sees dimmed DPU growth for Champion, the research house thinks downside is
likely limited due to the 5.5% FY2020 dividend yield. (KL)
