ND Paper (02689) to buy 9 packaging companies at RMB628m

[ET Net News Agency, 29 July 2019] Nine Dragons Paper (Holdings) Limited (02689) said
its subsidiary has agreed to buy the equity capital of nine packaging companies held by
the vendors for an aggregate consideration of approximately RMB628 million.
The packaging companies comprise 9 companies established in Hong Kong and the PRC, which
are engaged in the packaging business and business related to the packaging business.
After the acquisition, the group will be directly involved in the supply of packaging
products to customers and create a synergy effect that integrated the upstream and
downstream service platforms in the packaging industry, which could provide customers with
professional, personalized packaging and fully integrated quality services. (RC)
