{I-bank focus}Citi raises Sunny Optical (02382) to HK$120

[ET Net News Agency, 15 August 2019] Citi Research raised its target price for Sunny
Optical Technology Group (02382) to HK$120 from HK$113 and maintained its "buy" rating.
The research house attended the post-results analyst briefing for Sunny and discussed
the results with management. Management has marginally raised FY2019 HLS (handset lens
sets) shipment guidance to 30% growth (from 25-30% growth), while maintaining HCM (handset
camera modules)(20-25% growth) and VLS (vehicle lens sets)(25% growth).
Citi raised its FY2019-21 earnings estimates by 2-5%, given Sunny's production capacity
raise for HLS/HCM. (KL)
