[ET Net News Agency, 13 April 2021] Daiwa raised its target price for AAC Tech (02018)
to HK$51 from HK$43.5 and upgraded its rating to "outperform" from "hold".
The research house said its research suggests the lens products of AAC have received
good feedback, and it estimates the revenue contribution from optics will rise to 20-26%
over 2021-22 (vs. 10% in 2020). On the Apple side, its research suggests the competitive
landscape has stabilised and it expects AAC to remain one of the major suppliers, with a
stable market share in acoustics and haptics for iPhones in the coming years. (RC)
