Sunac (01918) proposes spin-off of Sunac Services

[ET Net News Agency, 7 August 2020] Sunac China Holdings Limited (01918) said the
company proposes to spin-off and separately list the shares of Sunac Services, a
subsidiary of the company, on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange by way of a global
offering and the distribution of a minor portion of the Sunac Services Shares to the
shareholders.
It is intended that upon completion of the proposed spin-off and the listing, the
company will have an interest of not less than 50% in Sunac Services and Sunac Services
will remain as a subsidiary of the company.
Sunac Services is principally engaged in the provision of property management services,
value-added services to non-property owners and community value-added services. (RC)
