[ET Net News Agency, 19 January 2021] Citi Research lifted its target price for
Zhongsheng Group Holdings (00881) to HK$66.5 from HK$61.51 and maintained its "buy"
rating.
The research house said the target price hike was driven by (1) Citi's channel checks
indicate robust sales in the first 15 days of January, with 37-40% growth in new car
orders and low inventories; and (2) strong data points indicate no visible lingering
impact on new car sales from Tesla and Citi turned slightly more positive on the company's
near-to-medium earnings outlook.
Citi raised its 2020/21/22 EPS forecasts by 3.3%/3.1%/2.1%. (KL)
