Trad Chi Med (00570) to buy 51% of medicine business

[ET Net News Agency, 2 January 2020] China Traditional Chinese Medicine Holdings Co.
Limited (00570) said its subsidiary Guangdong Yifang has agreed to acquire 51% equity
interest of Longzhong Pharmaceutical held by Gansu Provincial Hospital of TCM for
RMB138.71 million.
Longzhong Pharmaceutical is established by the Gansu Provincial Hospital of TCM, in
order to realize the corporatization and market-oriented operation for its formula
preparation centre. It is mainly engaged in the manufacture of the hospital-made formula
and the processing of decoction pieces. (RC)
