ASM Pacific (00522): no plans to take company private

[ET Net News Agency, 23 September 2020] ASM Pacific Technology Limited (00522) said it
has come to its attention that a Reuters article was published on 22 September 2020
alleging that ASMPT is talking with potential investors to help take the company private.
The company categorically states that the allegation is untrue. The company has not made
any such approach to any institution or organization. There are no plans to take the
company private or to consider listing the company elsewhere. (RC)
