Shimao Group (00813) Jul contracted sales up 45%

[ET Net News Agency, 5 August 2020] Shimao Group Holdings Limited (00813) said in July
2020, the group's contracted sales amounted to RMB28.97 billion (July 2019: RMB20.03
billion) and the group's contracted sold area amounted to 1,637,294 sq.m. (July 2019:
1,130,114 sq.m.), recording a year-on-year increase of 45% and 45% respectively. The
average selling price for July 2020 was RMB17,692 per sq.m.
The group's aggregated contracted sales for the seven months ended 31 July 2020 amounted
to RMB139.44 billion and the group's aggregated contracted sold area amounted to 7,935,177
sq.m., recording a year-on-year increase of 16% and 19% respectively. The average selling
price for the seven months ended 31 July 2020 was RMB17,573 per sq.m. (RC)
