December 2019, the group's contracted sales amounted to RMB772 million and the group's
attributable contracted sales was RMB748 million, a year-on-year decrease of 10.65% and
11.16%, respectively. During the same period, the group's gross floor area (GFA) sold was
62,666 sq.m. and the group's attributable GFA sold was 58,292 sq.m. The group's average
selling price (the ASP) was RMB12,327 per sq.m. and the group's attributable ASP was
RMB12, 840 per sq.m.
For the twelve months ended 31 December 2019, the group's contracted sales amounted to
RMB7,237 million and the group's attributable contracted sales was RMB6,877 million, a
year-on-year decrease of 15.23% and 13.68%, respectively. During the same period, the
group's GFA sold was 725,760 sq.m. and the group's attributable GFA sold was 673,257 sq.m.
The group's ASP was RMB9,972 per sq.m. and the group's attributable ASP was RMB10,215 per
