Yida China (03639) to sell Wuhan property project at RMB870m


[ET Net News Agency, 25 October 2019] Yida China Holdings Limited (03639) said its
subsidiary Wuhan New Software Park Development Company Limited has agreed to sell the
entire equity interest of Wuhan Springfield Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. (the target
company), together with the outstanding liabilities at the consideration of RMB870
million.
The target company is principally engaged in real estate development in the PRC and owns
a project. The project is the second residential phase of the Wuhan Software New Town
located at Wuhan. It consists of one parcel of land with a total site area of 107,656.98
square metres and an estimated total GFA of approximately 171,766.28 square metres. The
usage of the land for the project has been approved for residential purpose. (RC)
