[ET Net News Agency, 10 October 2019] Yida China Holdings Limited (03639) said in
September 2019, the contracted sales amounted to RMB437 million and the attributable
contracted sales were RMB392 million, a year-on-year decrease of 42.12% and 45.17%,
respectively. During the same period, the gross floor area (GFA) sold was 40,526 sq.m. and
the attributable GFA sold was 33,173 sq.m. The average selling price (ASP) was RMB 10,778
per sq.m. and the attributable ASP was RMB11,812 per sq.m.
For the nine months ended 30 September 2019, the contracted sales amounted to RMB5,715
million and the attributable contracted sales were RMB5,440 million, a year-on-year
decrease of 10.18% and 7.48%, respectively. During the same period, the GFA sold was
595,773 sq.m. and the attributable GFA sold was 556,664 sq.m. The ASP was RMB9,592 per
sq.m. and the attributable ASP was RMB9,772 per sq.m. (RC)
