[ET Net News Agency, 11 September 2019] Yida China Holdings Limited (03639) said its
contracted sales amounted to RMB555 million, representing a year-on-year decline of
26.78%, and the group's attributable contracted sales were RMB520 million.
During the same period, the group's gross floor area (GFA) sold was 41,814 square
meters. and the group's attributable GFA sold was 36,615 square meters. The group's
average selling price (ASP) was RMB13,272 per square meter and the group's attributable
ASP was approximately RMB14,197 per square meters.
For the eight months ended 31 August 2019, the group's contracted sales amounted to
RMB5,278 million, representing a year-on-year decline of 5.88%, and the group's
attributable contracted sales were RMB5,048 million.
During the same period, the group's GFA sold was 555,385 square meter. and the group's
attributable GFA sold was 523,628 square meters. The group's ASP was RMB9,503 per square
meters. and the group's attributable ASP was RMB9,640 per square meter. (KL)
